Indian Visa For Malaysian, US, Norway, Swiss And New Zealand Citizens

INDIAN VISA FOR MALAYSIAN CITIZENS

If you wish to make a trip from Malaysia to India, you have the option to request a visa from Malaysia. Since 2014, Malaysians have had the option to submit their Indian visa applications online. Obtaining a visa online has become much easier, as the majority of travelers can now avail themselves of this simplified process. The E-Visa, a digital form of visa, is provided by the Indian government and can be acquired through completion of a straightforward online application. Citizens from more than 169 countries have access to this convenience. There are multiple ways for Malaysians to request an Indian visa. When Malaysian passengers cross the border, they need to have their Malaysian Indian Visa with them. The India e-Visa is intended for business, leisure, and medical reasons. Tourists from Malaysia can stay in India for 30 days from their arrival date with a 30-day visa, which also allows for double entry. If Malaysian citizens wish to stay longer in India, they can apply for a Long-Term Tourist e-Visa, which is a 1-year and 5-year tourist visa. E-Business Visa: Malaysian professionals visiting India for business can apply for the India E-Commerce Visa. This visa is valid for one year from the date of issue and allows multiple entries. The total length of stay for this e-Visa is up to 356 days, with a continuous stay of no more than 180 days at each visit. E-Medical Visa: Malaysian citizens seeking medical treatment in India can apply for an E-Medical India Visa. This travel visa requires a letter from the hospital in India that will treat you. It is valid for 120 days from the date of issue and allows Malaysian passport holders three entries with a total stay of up to 60 days from the date of arrival. India e-Visa online application is the safest way to obtain visa. All travelers can apply for a visa online or at Indian embassies or consulates in Malaysia. The application is made online and will be approved within at least 2 days of the application date.

Documents Required to Apply for an Indian Visa for Malaysians

  • Valid passport – the general requirement is that your passport needs to be valid for at least 6 months from the date of intended entry to India.
  • A complete passport scan of the information page of your passport.
  • A passport photo’s.
  • A valid E-mail address to receive the eVisa in their Inbox.
  • You can use a debit or credit card to pay for the eVisa fees.

INDIAN VISA FOR NORWEGIAN CITIZENS

India, a captivating and densely populated nation, offers a plethora of experiences to explore. The Indian e-Visa serves as a legitimate document granting entry to Norwegian tourists, businesspeople, and culture enthusiasts. Citizens of Norway can easily secure the Indian e-Visa, now available in 169 countries, including Norway. The introduction of the Electronic Travel Authorization program on November 27, 2014 has eliminated the need for individuals traveling to India to wait in line at the Indian Embassy for a visa. The Tourist e-Visa permits a one-time visit to India for a maximum of 30 days exclusively for tourism. However, the Business e-Visa is specifically for individuals going to India for business purposes or similar activities, with the exception of employment. This type of visa allows you to stay in India for up to 365 days and enter and exit multiple times, each stay lasting no more than 180 days. E-Medical Visa: If you need medical treatment within India, this type is best for you as the length of stay is up to 60 days and triple entry in advance. An eligible Norwegian citizen can easily apply for the Indian e-Visa if they have a reliable internet connection, a debit/credit card and a valid passport.

Documents Required by Norwegians Citizens

  • A Valid passport: make sure that it is not expired when entering India.
  • Digital photo of yourself: this picture must be recent, and it should follow all the proper passport guidelines, including avoiding face gestures.
  • A complete passport scan of the information page.
  • Modes of payment: you can use a PayPal or credit/debit card to pay for the eVisa fees.
  • A valid E-mail address to receive the eVisa in their Inbox.

INDIAN VISA FOR NEW ZEALAND CITIZENS

New Zealand nationals are among the 170 nationalities eligible to submit an online visa application for India. Travelers can easily get their electronic travel authorization from their homes using the efficient e-Visa system created for New Zealand and India. Since 2014, New Zealanders have had access to the online visa application system. Travelers who meet the criteria have different choices for Indian eVisas, like the eTourist Visa, eBusiness Visa, eMedical Visa, and eMedical-attendant Visa. In New Zealand, there is a visa option that allows for multiple entries, with each entry allowing for up to 90 days of tourism, and the visa remains valid for 365 days from the approval date. Furthermore, a tourist visa with double entry is an option, allowing visitors to stay for up to 30 days. Business e-Visa – This is used when you wish to travel to India for business or related reasons but NOT for work purpose. This type of visa allows you to stay in India for up to 365 days and enter and exit multiple times, each stay lasting no more than 180 days. E-Medical Visa: If you need medical treatment within India, this type is best for you as the length of stay is up to 60 days and triple entry in advance. All the different types of e-Visas for New Zealand and India are multiple-entry travel authorizations, with the exception of the online medical visa which is triple entry visa. This online entry visa to India eliminates the need to visit an embassy or consulate to apply in person or wait in long lines at the border to apply for an Indian visa on arrival.

Documents Required for New Zealand Citizens

  • New Zealand passport with a minimum validity of 6 months from the expected date of arrival in India, containing at least 2 blank pages.
  • Digital image of the passport information page (also known as the biographical page)
  • A valid email address to receive the eVisa in their Inbox.
  • A recent photograph of the applicant, passport-style
  • You can use a Valid credit or debit card to pay for the eVisa fees.

INDIAN VISA FOR SWISS CITIZENS

Swiss people heading to India need to secure a visa prior to their arrival. Thankfully, residents from a total of 169 nations, Switzerland included, can easily apply for an e-Visa online for tourism, medical reasons, or business. This official document, first issued in 2014, allows individuals to travel both to and within India. Swiss residents have the option to apply for an e-visa, tourist visa, business visa, or medical visa based on their reason for visiting. Swiss travelers have two choices when it comes to tourist visas. The 1 Month Tourist eVisa permits two entries into India and remains valid for a 30-day period. On the other hand, the 1 Year Indian Tourist eVisa is designed for Swiss visitors and is valid for one year starting from the issuance date. It allows multiple entries during any 365-day period with stays of up to 90 consecutive days from the date of entry. The India Business Visa for Swiss Citizens has the same validity period of 1 year. However, the length of stay in India on a business visa is longer. Citizens of Switzerland can stay in India for up to 180 days with the e-business visa. It can be 180 consecutive days or a total of 180 days for multiple trips. This e-Visa is electronically linked to your passport. Applying for Indian Visa for Swiss citizens is easier than ever. Applying for Indian Visa for Swiss Citizens is a simple and quick process that can be completed in about 15 minutes from anywhere in the country as long as the applicant has an internet connection.

Requirement for Indian Visa for Swiss citizens

  • Passport – Passport, at least six months of remaining validity from the date of intended arrival. Two blank passport pages for stamps.
  • Digital photo of yourself – it is recommended that the photo is recently taken. You should not make face gestures in it, and the background should be white.
  • A scanned passport with its information page
  • A Valid email address to receive the eVisa in their Inbox.
  • Modes of payment – You can use a credit or a debit card, and since PayPal has become quite popular, you can use that as well.

INDIAN VISA FOR US CITIZENS

Since 2014, India has implemented an online visa system known as Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA), enabling individuals from more than 169 countries to apply for visas through the internet. Individuals from the United States who wish to travel to India for leisure or tourism purposes are required to obtain a Tourist e-Visa. This particular visa is divided into three groups, each having its own duration of validity and period of stay in India. American citizens holding a Short-Term Tourist eVisa are allowed to remain in India for a maximum of 30 days starting from the day of arrival. This kind is immutable and cannot be altered or elongated in any manner. Business e-Visa allows Americans to enter India specifically for business activities or trade. You have the option to remain in India for a maximum of one year starting from the ETA issuance date and can visit India multiple times. However, you may not stay here for more than 180 consecutive days on any one visit. Medical and Medical Assistant e-Visa: Americans who require medical treatment or are accompanying patients receiving treatment in India can apply for an e-Visa for Medical and Medical Assistant online. This type of e-Visa allows you to stay in India for up to 60 days from your arrival date and allows you to enter the country a total of three times. The India e-Visa makes it easy for American travelers to obtain visas to enter the country. American travelers need to meet some requirements to apply for India Visa online.
